ORDERING GOODS AND SERVICES FROM US
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process OR by telephone instructions from you. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order eg. an optional delivery message, and then previewing and submitting your order. If paying by credit card you are then taken to a payment gateway to enter payment information and return to our site for order confirmation. If ordering by phone, we will take your credit card details over the phone and process the payment accordingly.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm the goods and services purchased, and that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
REFUSING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES
We deliver world-wide to physical addresses and Post Office boxes. Couriers only deliver to physical addresses. Delivery to Post Office boxes is only available by International Post.
Please note that a signature is usually required for all Courier (DHL) deliveries. You may add "Leave at Door if nobody home" in you delivery address, however you are then responsible for the package, if you do not receive it. Otherwise, the couriered goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery, unless they are seized by overseas customs as it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you purchase from us are allowed through your countries border patrol. If couriered goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at [email protected]. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our insurance (Note: claims outside the 7 day period may not be valid). We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.
International Postal Service delivery may be requested by you. Please NOTE that these orders are NOT tracked, and that the goods become the recipient's property and responsibility as soon as they leave our property.
DELIVERY PERIOD
Delivery lead time for products may vary. In most cases your order will processed the next business day after acceptance of your order and delivery of your products should occur within 3 to 10 business days in most locations world wide. Delivery of International Postal Service items may take anywhere from 7 to 60 working days, or longer, and is NOT trackable.
RETURNS
You are entitled to have faulty product repaired, replaced or refunded.
If you have received the wrong product, we apologize and you are more than welcome to an exchange.
We do not accept "change of mind" returns on food (dietary supplements) as we are unable to sell them again due to safety concerns (they were outside our chain of custody).
We do not accept "change of mind" returns on goods that benefit from refrigeration or freezing, as we are unable to sell them again as new.
Any returns accepted will attract a 20% restocking fee.
ACCESSING OUR SERVICE
Other than connecting to the imuno.biz website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to the imuno.biz website server.
